The optimal number of participants is from 10 to 50 for the Hands-On version and up to 2000 for the Keynote version
Our seminars are modular and can be half day, full day or multiple days. For example, a "full day" lasts from 9:00 to 17:00 and can take place at your location or in a location chosen by you. BBB will bring all the necessary material such as Kimono and Tatami, etc.
The techniques are performed in total safety. Participants never do activities against each other, but only and exclusively with our instructors, who are able to feel and understand the physical intensity of each participant. Also, at each seminar, we can have one female and one male expert for everyone's convenience.
Any physical shape, gender, age can participate and benefit from the experience. Our experts will adapt to the situation of each individual participant.
